Emily Bretl, LSW, MFTC

I support individuals and couples at any point of their own unique life’s journey. No problem is too big or too small. By engaging in open, healthy, and collaborative dialogue, we will use tools to help discover the stories that deserve a voice and parts of you that exist beyond the surface. I love working with clients who are motivated to challenge their current life narratives and take a leap into the vulnerable therapy space, even if they feel apprehensive about the process!

Shannon Murphy, LSW

I help adults move from surviving to thriving. I create a safe space and supportive relationship where clients can gain a better understanding of behaviors that developed to protect/help them previously, but could be hindering them now. I help empower clients to utilize their strengths or put new tools in their emotional toolbelt to overcome challenging chapters in life.

Chloe Bradley-Smith, LPCC

I provide support for individuals struggling with mental health issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Together, we can explore how to grow, process and learn from our experiences and move forward intentionally. I work to empower and support clients with kindness and grace as they process and move through those hardships.

Suzanne Reichardt, LPCC, ADDC

I help individuals untangle their cognitive knots and turn their “I-can’t-do-this” into “hey, maybe I can!” I encourage space for individuals who are experiencing some of life’s lows, and individuals who are feeling content but looking to better understand their own thoughts and beliefs.

If you’re ready to take a journey towards a healthier mindset we’ll get you to a point where you’re not just surviving but thriving.

Our mission is to help you become the solution to your problems.

We work to understand what matters to you from your perspective. This helps guide you towards becoming the solution and improving your life.
