I enjoy working with individuals struggling with problems related to mood, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse and life transitions. As a mom of 3, I also have an interest in working with new parents or parents of young children as they navigate the obstacles and challenges that often come with this particular stage of life.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I believe in using a strengths-based, collaborative approach with interventions and techniques that have been backed by research.

I have a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology and am a Certified Addiction Specialist. I have over 9 years of experience in mental health counseling with adolescents and adults struggling with co-occurring mood and anxiety disorders, substance abuse and past trauma. I primarily conduct individual sessions, but have experience facilitating group, family and couple sessions as well.

I believe that with the appropriate resources and support, every client has the ability to make the positive changes they seek in their lives.
