Suzanne Reichardt, LPCC, ADDC
With a master’s degree in mental health counseling, an addiction counselor candidate license, and two years of experience as a therapeutic provider navigating the labyrinth of thoughts and feeling, I’ve helped countless individuals untangle their cognitive knots and turn their “I-can’t-do-this” into “hey, maybe I can!” I encourage the therapeutic space for individuals who are experiencing some of life’s lows, and encourage the process for individuals who are feeling content with their life and looking to challenge and better understand their own thoughts and beliefs.
My approach to CBT is like giving your brain a routine tune-up, working together to get your thoughts and unhelpful behaviors with a toolkit of practical strategies.
When I’m not busy supporting you turning “Why does this always happen to me?” into “Well, that was unexpected, but I’ve got this!” you might find me hanging out with my two cats, hiking across Colorado, or trying to find the best lasagna in the city. So, if you’re ready to take a journey towards a healthier mindset with you in the driver’s seat and myself in the passenger seat, we can navigate the road together. We’ll get you to a point where you’re not just surviving but thriving.
