Has life worn you down? Do you want change but are afraid to look deeper at your life, unsure of what you will find or what good it will do? Do you spend a lot of energy keeping those negative feelings buried deep, fearful of what will happen if you actually let yourself feel? I believe there is life and freedom for you. I believe you can embrace your story and live a fulfilled and meaningful life. “Show up. Be Seen. Live Brave. “- Dr. Brene Brown

My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, women’s issues, parenting, grief and loss, self-image, addiction, adolescents, and faith-based issues.

I am a graduate from Denver Seminary and can provide a faith-based approach if desired. I utilize a variety of evidenced-based approaches depending on the presenting issue and diagnosis.

I have 5 years of experience working with individuals and families to address life’s hardships. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I offer a warm, supportive space for clients to process and grow.
